Placement churches

Hi we are Clint and Dan and we are on placement at Molesey Community Churchwhich is situated in South West London near the landmark of Hampton Court.

 

Molesey community church is a great place to interact with community and with the church people in one busy week, it’s a inspiration to encouragement and working with a passion and changes your view’s and characteristics to suit to the climate.

 

The Church itself consists of 70+ members and works deeply in the community and along side the surrounding denominational churches. Unfortunately they do not have a building but what they do have is a Café on the high street, which is a significant spot that is right in the heart of the community, so far we have worked in the café and become recognised faces among the regular customers.

 

On Sunday we meet in a school hall and set up church in a box (all packed into one trailer), over the last few Sundays we have seen the Holy Spirit move and just take control of the meetings.

 

We believe it’s an amazing church to have been placed in, already we have been stretched and pushed out of our comfort zones in areas such as Kids and youth work, prayer walking, alpha and Cell Leading.

 

We are being shaped by God in such amazing ways and both believe this is the best move and leap of faith we have done and would definitely recommend It.

 

The best thing I’ve [Clint] experienced is the sports ministry and youth ministry combined with great people; and also I [Dan] can agree with the Clint experience, it is an amazing experience and he’s great! Good placement buddy! I [Clint] love Dan to bits for his compassion and kindness to me and others he’s an awesome person.
