DNA+

DNA+ is the new name for OnLine; our second year programme, set up for the further training and development of those who have completed a DNA year and are growing in their calling and leadership.
 
who is DNA+ is for…
  • ex DNA trainees
  • with a sense of connection to the DNA Team
  • who have a leadership or prophetic call
  • and the backing of the local church
how does DNA+ work?
  • three residential weeks for all on DNA+
  • three two-day blocks for those on DNA+ Leadership, or
  • three Saturdays for DNA+ Prophecy and opportunities to shadow a prophetic ministry once per term
  • three placement visits
  • production of portfolio in targeted area of trainee's calling
  • personal discipler or line manager for each trainee
what can you expect as a DNA+ trainee?
  • training for all on DNA+ on vision, people skills, spiritual disciplines, mentoring others, faith for the future, personal development, coping with success failure and criticism, leadership development
  • for those on  DNA+ Prophecy, in depth teaching and experience of prophecy, including opportunities to shadow a prophetic ministry
  • developmental input to first year DNA trainees
  • peer level support, reflection and comparing experiences on training days
  • access to the DNA Team
  • DNA to work with your line manager to help bring focus to your DNA+ year
  • possible involvement in extra-local activities - e.g. leading a DNA international trip, serving on DNA two-day blocks
what can your church expect?
  • to have ongoing access to DNA for the setting up of real focus to your year
  • access to the DNA Team for advice and support regarding your development
  • to benefit from your leadership development
  • to input and draw from the portfolio you produce as an ongoing resource
  • to have a termly placement visit by a DNA team member to m,eet with the individual on DNA+ and their line manager 
 
Cost - 2010/2011
  • termly fees of £356 - totalling £1068 covering all training, materials and placement visits
  • in recognisition of the partnership between the local church and DNA, a one-off payment of £110 from the church
