Norwegian international trip news

Norway was where I went to for my international trip for two weeks with DNA! It was I would say one of the best two weeks I have had in a long time.
We worked with a church called “Salem” which has about 30 people in the small church. I went out with seven of my DNA buddies as a team. There wasn’t a day where as a team we laughed we got on really well and worked really well together. As we all had different roles and gifts/ talents to bring to the team. I loved our group “the 8 disciples”.
Our trip started off pretty relaxed, felt a wee bit like a holiday! Started off with a welcome BBQ was awesome to meet everyone from the church at once. Then they took us canoeing to an island where we slept over night on with no shelter just in our sleeping bags. Best camping trip i have been on as i did catch my first fish (even though it was the size of a goldfish).
The social things were a really good starting point for us just to get to know the people and understand the culture and bit about Norway. After a wee bit of relaxing we got stuck into doing lots of children’s work, leading prayer/worship meetings, helping on a farm, schools work( teaching English),prayer walks, ate lots of waffles, treasuring hunting, praying for people and lots more.
God really showed me his real power through praying for people and being involved with worship. I felt God moved me into a new way of hearing him and giving away prophetically. This new thing got me excited again about the gift. He just blew me away with how right he was about saying things over people. God was definitely moving powerfully but in a gentle way.
I already miss Norway and my new Norwegian family and hopefully going over there soon. It was a once in a life time experience which has become an amazing memory.
Stretching, fun, exciting, worship, challenging, indescribably good random times, waffles, games, prayer, God, family, loads more but just decent trip!!
